What pediatricians say about Miranda:

Miranda is simply THE BEST. One of the best days of my pediatric life was when Miranda came to work in our office. I still email her about “moms” in my practice. And she always makes time in her day to call or see my patients who present with the most challenging breastfeeding problems. Our patients who have consulted with Miranda continue to sing her praises.

I have worked with Miranda both professionally and personally. I appreciate the time, patience, and expertise she shares with her clients. If it weren’t for Miranda, I am sure I would have given up on breastfeeding. But her devotion and guidance helped me breastfeed for a year-and-a-half! She is a gift to any breastfeeding mom!

What mothers say about Miranda:

As a parent for the third time, it was easy to just assume I remembered everything - not the case! Miranda was amazing at supporting me through establishing my breastfeeding relationship with our new addition. She helped correct my little one’s latch, my posture, and worked with me to make sure that my new little one was thriving! When I made the hard decision to return to work, she supported me and assisted in making sure I had all the tools to succeed. I felt so supported and because of Miranda’s skills and expertise! Thank you Miranda!

I can’t thank you enough for your words of wisdom today. You are the best! When I called you on Saturday afternoon, I was at the lowest point I had been during my pregnancy/delivery.

You were able to see me in 2 hours when I called and you changed my life. You are THE MUST HAVE pregnancy item. I learned more from you in 30 min than I did taking a 3 hour class. I’m telling all my friends to make an appointment with you. Thank you!!

Despite my initial hesitation about a telehealth lactation consultation, working with Miranda over telehealth was beyond anything I could have hoped for, in-person or otherwise. She made an excellent assessment, observing me in my home nursery set-up, and providing stellar advice that changed my entire breastfeeding trajectory. I have benefited greatly from her follow-up services as well. But what impressed me most was how Miranda made me feel about my breastfeeding journey as a new mom. When I got off the telehealth call, I felt so supported and encouraged, and my husband and I turned to each other in awe and relief. I came to Miranda when our baby was having trouble gaining weight, we were pumping, feeding expressed breast milk, and I was crying in pain at most feeds. I got off the call and everything changed. I’ve been happily breastfeeding ever since.

I want to sincerely thank you for your time Tuesday afternoon. You have such a lovely bedside manner and I appreciated your empathy for my situation, your tender approach and your practical, optimistic advice. Thank you! You would be happy to know that I came home to pump immediately and let down in less than a minute! So you definitely helped put me in the right frame of mind.

Miranda is the best support for breastfeeding. If it weren’t for her help, I would have given up breastfeeding because it seemed too hard. Thanks to Miranda, I am still breastfeeding, and I enjoy it so much. Miranda is a blessing and the most knowledgeable and caring person I know.

Miranda is a lifesaver! Being a first time mom, I had so many questions, and I didn’t know where to go for answers. From my very first consultation with Miranda, she helped ease away my anxieties and made me feel confident breastfeeding my son. She was always supportive and available to answer any questions I had. I am forever grateful to her. Thank you Miranda!
